Roger Levell, a 27-year-old man, was last seen on December 1, 1971, in South Lake Tahoe, California. At the time of his disappearance, Levell was described as being 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing approximately 170 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. He had several distinguishing scars, including on his face and head, as well as tattoos on his arms and hands, such as an angel tattoo on his right arm and the words "Levell Love Me" on his left forearm.
