Charles Edward Stanley, age 37, was last seen on September 29, 1980, in Lynwood, California. He left his home with the intention of traveling to Phoenix, Arizona, and then to Tulsa, Oklahoma, but he never arrived at either location. His family in both states reported no contact with him, and he has not been seen or heard from since that day.
