Lorie Ann Ramsey, a 24-year-old woman, went missing from Seffner, Florida, on the night of October 27, 1989. She was last seen at her home around 10:00 p.m., leaving on foot. At the time of her disappearance, Lorie was wearing a white pullover shirt with red writing and blue jeans. Standing 5'7" tall and weighing around 190 pounds, she had blonde hair and brown eyes. Lorie also had distinguishing features such as a slim build and short, shoulder-length hair.
