Margaret Etta Kirkland, a 34-year-old woman from Chipley, Florida, was last seen on August 27, 1990, and reported missing three days later on August 30. At the time of her disappearance, she was going through a difficult divorce from her husband, Robert Beryl Kirkland, and there was a court-ordered no-contact rule between them. Their relationship had deteriorated after the death of their 16-year-old daughter less than a year earlier, which may have contributed to the tensions in their marriage. ...
