Clarden Rowan Jr., also known by his nicknames Bill and Buck, disappeared under suspicious circumstances from his home in Buckhannon, West Virginia, on January 29, 1991. He was 40 years old at the time of his disappearance. Rowan was last seen between 1:00 and 1:30 p.m. at his residence on Route 2, and he has not been heard from since. His disappearance is classified as suspicious due to the lack of any explanation or substantial evidence that could clarify what happened to him.
