Barbara Lee Elms, a 50-year-old woman from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, was last seen on August 25, 1993. She was spotted by a neighbor walking away from her residence on 16th Street SE, dancing and wearing a Walkman with headphones, heading toward First Avenue East.
