Barbara Holik Missing Person Case

Barbara Holik, a 33-year-old artist originally from Germany, went missing on June 23, 1995, in Taos, New Mexico. She had moved to the U.S. in 1989, settling in Taos, where she became well-known for her handcrafted jewelry and pottery. On the evening of her disappearance, she was last seen having drinks with friends at El Patio Bar near Taos Plaza before leaving to walk home around 11:00 p.m., something she often did. Despite not showing any signs of distress, she was never heard from again.
