Richard Duane Dake, age 37, was last seen on April 20, 1999, in Mountain Grove, Missouri. Dake, who also went by the nicknames "Rick" and "Ricky," disappeared under unclear circumstances. He was last seen around 3:30 PM that day, wearing a shirt and blue jeans. At the time of his disappearance, Dake was 5'8" and weighed approximately 165 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
