In the spring of 1999, a family was forever changed when 37-year-old Richard Duane Dake, known to his loved ones as Rick or Ricky, vanished. On the afternoon of April 20th, Richard, a white and Hispanic male, was last seen in Cabool, Missouri, at approximately 3:30 P.M.
