John William Troyer, 36, was last seen on December 5, 1999, in San Bernardino, California. At the time of his disappearance, he was homeless and suffering from mental health issues, including possible schizophrenia, and had a history of drug abuse. Troyer was receiving assistance and had picked up a check shortly before going missing. He was described as being between 5'11" and 6'0" tall, weighing around 140 to 165 pounds, with light brown hair and blue eyes. He also had a scar on his eyebrow. ...Read More
