The disappearance of Thomas 'Tom' Edward Profitt on May 3, 2006, has left his family searching for answers for nearly two decades. On that day, the 45-year-old from Winchester, Kentucky, spoke with his daughter in Lexington, who had just given birth to his granddaughter.
