John Basil Gelardi, 58, was last seen on July 9, 2006, in Davie, Florida. Gelardi, who was suffering from mild dementia at the time, left his residence at Everglades Mobile Home Park at around 10:00 p.m. that evening. He was driving his white 1997 Ford Taurus with the Florida license plate V52VUA. Witnesses reported that he was driving erratically, striking several objects as he left the neighborhood. Neither Gelardi nor his vehicle have been seen since.
