Ephram's photo is shown age-progressed to 7 years. He was allegedly abducted by his father, Jonathan Richeson, on October 22, 2007. A federal warrant for International Parental Kidnapping was issued for Jonathan on October 20, 2008. The inset photo is also of Jonathan, however the larger photo is more recent.
