Sotirios Konstantinos Kaviris, a 31-year-old U.S. Marine Corps veteran, went missing on October 18, 2008, after leaving his home in Pasadena, California, on October 15. He drove to Revelstoke, British Columbia, Canada, in a 2005 dark blue Hyundai Elantra. Sotirios was last seen at the Same Sun Lodge in Revelstoke. He sent a postcard to a friend in Florida, which arrived in early November 2008, but no further communication followed. His vehicle was later found in Revelstoke, but no trace of him has been discovered.
Kaviris had several distinct tattoos, including his first name in Greek across his back, "dog tags" under his left arm, and a Marine Corps-themed tattoo with the phrase "Krazy K" on his right shoulder. He was last seen wearing a black jacket and blue jeans. Despite extensive searches and investigations, his whereabouts remain unknown, and the case continues to be unsolved. Authorities have asked for any information that might help in locating him.
