Shawn Patrick Gallagher, aged 40, was last seen on June 3, 2010, at Freeman Hospital in Joplin, Missouri. He was supposed to be traveling to the Salem Alliance Recovery Center in Kansas City for drug treatment, but he never arrived. At the time of his disappearance, Shawn was homeless and struggled with drug addiction, as well as bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.
