Ubaldo Martinez Quintanilla, 26, was last seen on July 24, 2011. On that day, he contacted a relative and informed them that he had been deported and was in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico. Ubaldo mentioned his plans to cross the border back into the United States the following day, either through Texas or Sonoyta, Sonora. He promised to call once he had more details, but he never made contact again. Since then, no one has heard from him, and his whereabouts remain unknown.
