Raymond Lee Shiflet, a 47-year-old man with mental and physical disabilities, went missing on April 15, 2012, from Federal Way, Washington. He was living in a private care facility on Southwest 344th Street and wandered away from the premises that day. This was not the first time Raymond had left the facility; he had gone missing twice before in 2011 but was found safe on both occasions. However, following his disappearance in 2012, he was never seen again.
