Helen Dymond, a 48-year-old woman from Tilden Township, Michigan, went missing on June 28, 1981, under puzzling circumstances. That evening, she and her husband, Roy, attended a party at the Tilden Township Club, where they both consumed alcohol. During the night, the couple argued in the parking lot, and Roy drove off, leaving Helen behind. Upset, she briefly returned to the club but later decided to walk to her son's nearby house.
