Frank Frazier, an 18-year-old from Houston, Texas, went missing on October 26, 1990. He was last seen at his home on Caddo Lake Drive in Houston. Upon returning home that day, his sister discovered signs of a violent struggle, including the house being ransacked and a pool of blood on the sofa where Frazier was last known to be resting. Authorities believe Frazier was forcibly abducted from the residence.
