Leo Paul Trabert, a 77-year-old World War II veteran, was last seen on April 9, 1992, in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. On the day of his disappearance, Leo's wife returned home from visiting friends to find a note from him that read, "I think the best birthday present I can give you is to disappear." He left behind his medications, eyeglasses, and all forms of identification.
