Peggy Sue Lammon, 31, was last seen on July 18, 1992, when she was a passenger in a single-engine Cessna 172 aircraft en route to Beaver Island, Michigan. The plane, piloted by her husband Tom Lammon, took off from Battle Creek along with their friends, Ray and Cathy Sears. As the plane neared its destination, it disappeared from radar about 35 miles south of Beaver Island near the Leelanau Peninsula.
