Foster Cooksey, aged 51, was last seen on March 19, 1994, at Lake Sonoma in Sonoma County, California. That morning, Cooksey had launched his fishing boat around 6:30 a.m. Witnesses reported seeing him in his boat, which was later observed circling the lake with no sign of Cooksey by 7:00 a.m. A search was conducted, but neither Cooksey nor his body was found, leaving his fate a mystery.
