Madalene D. Neace, aged 39, was last seen on October 25, 1994, in East Sparta, Ohio. On the day of her disappearance, she was reportedly walking toward a local truck stop but never returned and has not been heard from since. At the time of her disappearance, Madalene was described as a Caucasian female with brown hair and brown eyes, standing 5'2" tall and weighing approximately 112 pounds. She also went by the last name "Joiner" and had pierced ears.
