Jean-Marie Monfort, age 25, was last seen on November 14, 1997, in Naples, Florida. He worked as a dishwasher at Shoney's and Bear's Paw, two local establishments, but had not been seen or heard from for two weeks by the time he was reported missing on December 3, 1997. At the time of his disappearance, Monfort was described as a 5'6" tall African-American male, weighing about 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
