In the autumn of 1999, a young mother named Kristie Annette Moon, aged 26, disappeared from Parsons, a small town in Decatur County, Tennessee. She was a female with brown hair and brown eyes, and was last seen on October 30, 1999. At the time of her disappearance, she was described as being 5'4' tall and weighing around 120 pounds.
