Carson Ray Williams, 43, disappeared on January 1, 2000, from Salyersville, Kentucky. At the time of his disappearance, he was believed to have been in the Mount Sterling area, although no substantial leads were ever found. Williams was driving a black 1986 Mercury Topaz with Kentucky license plate 710-FDL, which has also never been located.
