William L. Meehan, 32, was last seen on April 28, 2000, around 3:30 p.m. in Belmar, New Jersey. He was driving a silver Oldsmobile 88 northbound on Highway 35, leaving MacLearie Park. Later that day, his car was involved in a hit-and-run accident on Route 22 in Green Brook, New Jersey. The driver fled the scene, and Meehan has not been heard from since.
