Debra Lynn Bowman, a 40-year-old woman from Largo, Florida, went missing on May 26, 2004. She had a history of medical issues, having suffered a stroke at age 35, which left her with difficulty speaking. On the day she disappeared, her landlord took her to the hospital for treatment of a back problem. About three hours later, Bowman called her landlord, asking to be picked up. However, by the time her landlord arrived at the hospital, Bowman was no longer there.
She has not been seen or heard from since.
Despite extensive searches and efforts from law enforcement, there have been few leads in the case. Bowman is described as a Caucasian female, standing 5'2" tall and weighing around 95 pounds at the time of her disappearance. She had brown hair and brown eyes. She is also known to have a tattoo on her left buttock. Authorities have classified her case as endangered missing due to the suspicious circumstances, and her case remains unsolved after many years.
