Emily Juan, a 10-month-old baby, was last seen on September 5, 2004, in Flushing, Queens, New York. She was allegedly abducted by her mother, Nadia Juan, during a custody dispute. Emily's father, Cary Sartin, went to pick her up for his scheduled visitation but found that both Emily and her mother were missing.
