Emily Juan, a 10-month-old baby, was last seen on September 5, 2004, in Flushing, Queens, New York. She was allegedly abducted by her mother, Nadia Juan, during a custody dispute. Emily's father, Cary Sartin, went to pick her up for his scheduled visitation but found that both Emily and her mother were missing. Shortly after, it was discovered that Nadia had taken Emily to Taiwan on September 6.
