Jeffrey Fossum, a 50-year-old man from Steamboat Springs, Colorado, was last seen on May 23, 2005. A neighbor first noticed something was wrong when they found Fossum's dogs running loose and his door unlocked. Six days later, after realizing Fossum had not returned home, the neighbor contacted authorities.
