In a case that crosses international borders, two-year-old Chloe Combe-Rivas disappeared from Kansas City, Missouri, on March 15, 2006. The young girl, a female with a small scar on the left side of her nose, was allegedly abducted by her mother, Aline Rivas-Vera.
