In the summer of 2007, 21-year-old Jesse Stephen Hartley vanished from Warner Robins, Georgia, leaving his family with unanswered questions that would span over a decade. The last confirmed sighting of Jesse was in June of that year. His mother, Carolyn Hartley, officially filed a missing persons report with the Warner Robins Police Department in November 2007, after several months of not hearing from her son.
