Eusebio Montoya, a 57-year-old man from Grants, New Mexico, was last seen on January 18, 2008, at his home on Oso Ridge. prosthetic left eye. He was last seen wearing brown Carhartt overalls, a camouflage turtleneck, and a Lucky 13 pendant that he had designed himself.
