Rodney Aaron Stokley Jr., a 19-year-old from Cleveland, Texas, was last seen in the early hours of January 22, 2008. He had attended a birthday party at the Brook Hollow Apartments, located on Charles Barker Road, where he left after a disagreement between a couple at the gathering. After leaving, Rodney made several calls on his cell phone, including one to his girlfriend. The final ping from his phone occurred near Wells Road off Plum Grove Road before his phone went dead.
Rodney has not been seen or heard from since.
At the time of his disappearance, Rodney was wearing a dark Led Zeppelin t-shirt, a black hoodie, blue jeans, and gray and black Duffs shoes. He was known to always carry his skateboard, which was left behind—a highly unusual detail for him. Despite multiple searches and investigations, including efforts from Texas EquuSearch, no substantial leads have been uncovered. His case remains open, with his family still searching for answers.
Rodney's disappearance has left many unanswered questions, particularly surrounding the timeline and events after he left the party. The Cleveland Police Department continues to encourage anyone with information to come forward to help bring closure to this long-standing case.Last Seen: Jan 21, 2008
