Rodney Aaron Stokley Jr., a 19-year-old from Cleveland, Texas, was last seen in the early hours of January 22, 2008. He had attended a birthday party at the Brook Hollow Apartments, located on Charles Barker Road, where he left after a disagreement between a couple at the gathering. After leaving, Rodney made several calls on his cell phone, including one to his girlfriend. The final ping from his phone occurred near Wells Road off Plum Grove Road before his phone went dead.
