On October 22, 2008, a 49-year-old man named Robert Allen Davis vanished into the frigid waters of the Bering Sea. He was working aboard the 93-foot fishing vessel, the Katmai, in the tumultuous area of the Aleutian Islands, approximately 100 miles to the west of Adak, Alaska. Robert, a Caucasian male with black hair and brown eyes, stood at five feet, six inches tall and weighed around 200 pounds.
