Isaac Savoie, an 8-year-old boy, went missing on August 11, 2009, from Franklin, Tennessee, along with his 6-year-old sister Rebecca. Their abduction was carried out by their non-custodial mother, Noriko Esaki Savoie, in violation of U.S. law and a court-ordered custody agreement.
