Rafael Eduardo Ruiz, age 21, was last seen on March 14, 2010, in Miami Beach, Florida. He had gone to the beach with a female friend and later met up with a couple of other individuals. At some point during the outing, Rafael walked away from the group, leaving all of his personal belongings behind, and was never heard from again. He was last seen wearing a t-shirt and dark-colored swim shorts.
