Justin Urrutia, a 41-year-old from Sugar Land, Texas, was last seen on November 8, 2023. His vehicle was found abandoned two days later near mile marker 325 off Interstate 10, in Pecos County, over seven hours away from his home. Justin’s car contained several personal items, including his wallet, phone, and keys, but there were no signs of foul play at the scene. A Bible was found on the passenger seat, but his whereabouts remain unknown.
