Raymond Scott Rupp, age 45, was last seen on June 15, 2012, in Palm Harbor, Florida. He left his condo at the Harbor Club Downs Condominiums to get his computer repaired but never returned. Raymond, who was legally blind and did not own a car, relied on others for transportation and had limited mobility due to his vision problems.
