Nazario Vail, a 29-year-old Hispanic male, was last seen on January 5, 2013, in San Rafael, California. At around 2:00 p.m., Vail, who was reportedly intoxicated at the time, walked away from his apartment and has not been heard from since. He was wearing a black sweatshirt and black jeans when he left. His cousin was present at the apartment when he walked out. Vail did not own a vehicle at the time of his disappearance.
