Kimberly Jo Evans, 41, was last seen on April 30, 2013, when she left her home in Encinitas, California, carrying a packed carry-on suitcase. On that day, Kimberly, dressed in a green plaid shirt and green shorts, told her mother she would "be back soon" before departing.
