Delana Marie Bell, a 22-year-old woman, was last seen on November 13, 2003, outside the Supreme Ford Dealership in East New Orleans, Louisiana. She has not been heard from since that day, and the circumstances of her disappearance remain a mystery. Delana was approximately 5'6" to 5'7" tall, weighed 105 pounds, and was last seen wearing a blazer, black dress shirt, and black pants. She has a distinctive tattoo of her nickname, "Lana," on her right arm.
