In the pre-dawn hours of a cold December morning in 1983, 66-year-old Harold 'Wes' Dailey began his routine journey from his home in East Windsor, New Jersey. It was approximately 5 a.m. on December 7th when he departed, presumably heading for his part-time job in Brooklyn, New York.
