Donna Geneve Mullen, aged 37, was last seen on July 19, 1986, in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. She was a bartender at the Ritz Bar and was well-known in the community. Donna was also a mother of three, known by the affectionate nickname "Duck" due to her distinctive walk. On the day she disappeared, a neighbor reportedly saw her near her home on North 2nd Street, but she has not been seen since.
