Donna Geneve Mullen, aged 37, was last seen on July 19, 1986, in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. She was a bartender at the Ritz Bar and was well-known in the community. Donna was also a mother of three, known by the affectionate nickname "Duck" due to her distinctive walk. On the day she disappeared, a neighbor reportedly saw her near her home on North 2nd Street, but she has not been seen since. Her personal belongings were found undisturbed in her apartment, raising concerns about foul play.
