Stanley L. Post, a 42-year-old man, was last seen on March 24, 1990, in Imperial Beach, California. On that day, he departed from Shelter Island in his 16-foot white boat, which had a green stripe and an outboard motor, with the registration number 6690EC painted on the bow.
