Karen Beard, a 35-year-old pregnant woman, was last seen on January 15, 1991, in Kingston, Tennessee, when she dropped off her two daughters at the home of her former in-laws. She was seven and a half months pregnant at the time of her disappearance and involved in a custody battle with her ex-husband, Reece Beard.
