On a spring day in March of 1991, a young man named Travis Lamar Phillips vanished into the waters off the coast of Dauphin Island, Alabama. At the time of his disappearance on March 29, 1991, Travis was just 20 years old, described as a tall, slender man at six feet two inches and 150 pounds, with blond or strawberry-blond hair and green eyes.
