There aren’t many details available in regards to Lashaunda Washington or her missing person case. What is known is that the 19-year-old vanished from Phoenix, Arizona on August 17, 2000. The last time anyone saw her was around the 200 block of West Madison Street 10:12 p.m. Why she was at that location at that time is unclear. It has been noted in her file that she’s known to frequent South 28th Street and East Illini Street.
