In the quiet community of Darlington, South Carolina, a sense of concern arose for the well-being of 68-year-old Moise Shadrack James III, a U.S. Army veteran known to his neighbors. This concern grew into a prolonged mystery when he was last seen on the morning of April 30, 2015.
