Jose Daniel Alas Ramirez, a 19-year-old, went missing from Herndon, Virginia, on December 30, 2003. At the time, he was staying at a residence on Spring Street. On the day of his disappearance, he was reportedly dropped off at an address on Elden Street but was never seen again. Ramirez was last seen wearing a brown shirt, brown pants, and white sneakers with a red stripe. He also wore a gold chain and rings on both hands.
