Charles Edward Tear, a 68-year-old man, was last seen on June 29, 2011, in Fargo, North Dakota. He was known to live a transient lifestyle, and he had ties to Minnesota. On the day of his disappearance, Tear had contact with the police following an arrest, but after that encounter, he vanished, and no further sightings were confirmed.
